Well I just wrote a post going on about how tortuous this mornings group run was but somehow I managed to lose it…now I couldn’t be bothered writing it again.

WELCOME
OK, so 2008 was supposed to be another marathon. Alas that did not eventuate, but instead I completed my first Ultra and discovered group running. Now as I expand my life further and further into the running community I am looking for new challenges.

21.1km < 115mins
42.2km < 240mins-
