This morning the Friday SARRC Hazelwood Park group all ran up to Alfonso’s Lookout overlooking the city for a group photo. The track up from Chamber’s Gully was a bit of a goat track and I kept getting pushed along from behind by people who badgered me for walking but then quite happily walked behind when I offered to let them pass. Cheeky buggers.
All up the run was 10.8km and a good warm up for tomorrows trail running adventure. It was good to have Rachel49 out again for the second time this week as well as the usual CRrunners Kaybee and Sunny1. Picking up the Velociraptor tonight (thanks Sunny1 for the name of my new car) and then it is the Mt Misery trial run experience tomorrow morning.

Don’t sweat all over Velociraptor after the run this morning. I guess Rachel49 is down for the tri… Go Rachel!
