I started the CR 5km Challenge because I never had the opportunity to race 5km. Well, I had the opportunity, but always opted to do the 10km races instead.
The aim of the 5km Challenge is to improve my (or your) 5km PB each month. This is made easier by the flat course and self handicapped start. More details and results can be found on the CR Wiki Page or the CR Thread.
