Beginner Program III

Last night of 2min run 4min walk and we covered 3k in the 25 min after 5 min walking warmup. My right knee didn’t pull up too well after yesterday and I struggled through the first 2min run till it warmed up a bit. Made it further today than both previous times so there must be some improve and I am keen to see how things go on a week 2 schedule 🙂
