Nothing much to report today. Just a nice run home from work at a brisk, but not to fast. Another couple of these short-medium runs and I will be ready for Sunday. I have included splits from Sunday’s race below…it shows how hard I could actually go when I started chasing after the first lap (2.5k laps). Just joined Beki’s Fat Fighters group with a big weight loss goal…damn shouldn’t have had seconds for dinner.
