Well my plans went out the window after a late night. I slept into 9:30am, a rarity for me and then took the dogs to the dog park for a couple of hours with Mrs S. So after lunch I settled onto the bed with the dogs to watch my football team get smashed by 100 points. Well after that I must go for a run to feel better.
I started out on an old 6km route but was feeling so good and annoyed at the same time (because I wasn’t going to make 200km for the month) that I extended the run to 7.6km. That gives me 189.9km for the month…still mission accomplished for this month with my training being kick started by the two half marathons.
